Let’s first introduce ourselves

Hey there! We’re the dynamic duo—parents of two, and a couple who’s been through the rollercoaster of pregnancies, from the unexpected twists to the smooth sailings. We’ve got the insider scoop on it all, thanks to our mixed bag of skills. One of us wears the family practitioner and mindfulness coach hat, while the other rocks the biology and mindfulness coaching vibes. Together, we’ve cooked up a course that’s as real as it gets for soon-to-be parents.

In the “Platform Kickstart,” we’re here to welcome you with open arms and share our journey. We bring a mix of family medicine and mindfulness coaching to the table, helping you build that rock-solid support squad, ride the emotional waves of pregnancy, and craft a health plan that’s all about you.

Stepping into the course, our biology and mindfulness coaching magic takes center stage in “Nesting & Prepping.” Get ready for tips on setting up your cozy home, diving into nutrition, and deciphering those birthing decisions. With experiences from nail-biter pregnancies to smooth ones, we spill the beans in “Birthing Your Miracle,” where we talk all things labor and why partners are the unsung heroes.

In the next chapters, “Home Sweet Baby Home” spills the secrets on newborn essentials and postpartum life. “Year One Essentials” dives into the nitty-gritty of baby milestones and building that sweet parent-kiddo connection.

We’re keeping it personal in “Eyes, Skin, Mouth Essentials” and “Navigating Baby’s Airways.” It’s all about sensory development and keeping those little lungs happy. Wrapping it up with “Tummy Troubles” and “Alarm to Zen,” our family practitioner, who’s also licensed for specialized care, is here to guide you through digestive hiccups, emergencies, and the wild ride of parenthood.
